Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who will support the activities of the CRM and loyalty programs team in projects carried out for leading brands from various industries. We are looking for a thorough, committed person who is eager to develop in the area of project management and data-driven marketing.
Your scope of duties:
- Support in managing projects based on CRM systems
- CRM operation – task management, testing, schedule monitoring
- Cooperation with the client and with IT, analytics, and creative teams
- Preparing documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support in settlements and budget control
Our requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience in client service, marketing, or CRM
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to think analytically and work with checklists
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with using AI in daily tasks

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join a team implementing comprehensive loyalty and analytical projects for one of the leading brands on the market. We are seeking an individual with experience in project management, who is comfortable working with data and clients.
Your scope of duties:
- Independently managing loyalty, CRM, and analytical projects
- Coordinating the work of internal and external teams (analytics, IT, creative)
- Managing schedules, budgets, bidding, and project documentation
- Analyzing and drawing conclusions from reports and recommending optimization actions
- Ongoing cooperation with clients and internal teams
- Budget control, settlements, invoicing
- Reporting progress (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Identifying opportunities for development and improvements in ongoing projects
Our requirements:
- Min. 2–3 years of experience in business-side project management (CRM, loyalty)
- Very good command of English (min.B2)
- Ability to analyze data, interpret it, and draw conclusions
- Good work organization, independence, and accuracy
- Proficiency in: MS Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools
- Experience in working with clients and technical teams
- Ability to prepare specifications and work on complex projects
- Proactivity, responsibility, and effectiveness under time pressure
Nice to have:
- Experience in CRM or loyalty projects
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies, e.g., Agile
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine, Teams, Planner, Trello, Confluence,etc.)
- Knowledge of AI tools that improve operational activities
