Modeling based on historical data from your current loyalty program.

By capturing and analyzing the unique characteristics of program participants and advanced behavioral segmentation, we apply and compare new changes in the mechanics of the loyalty program with transaction data in our computational models. We are able to observe the impact on churn rate or organic visits using changes in voucher validity or amount of cash back. We create a comprehensive picture of costs and revenues, which allows us to determine the break-even point and additional conditions that must be met in the new loyalty program.

Modeling based on statistical and transactional data.

In this approach, we unveil and explore typical customer shopping habits by extracting anonymous data, e.g. from cash register systems or payment cards. In the short and medium term, we are able to determine return rate, which, in combination with analysis of typical purchases and deeper segmentation, allows us to financially model the ROI of new loyalty initiatives. We prepare a business model that estimates the expected changes in behavior in individual segments over time, the cost of these activities, etc.
